New Vintage
Marianne’s Design Divas posted a challenge on their blog and the theme is “everything new” for the New Year. I discovered Marriannes Design dies not so long time ago and I love them. I’m fairly new to their goods but I hope for abundance of creations using wide range of products on offer. My newest buy are those pretty vintage car dies, and I would like to share a wedding card I made using one of them.
Check out theblog it is full of inspiring creations.
To make the card I used:
16×16 cm (6 ½ “) card stock for a base;
15×15 cm pure cellulose natural green fibers paper by G.Lalo;
Vintage car die by Marriannes Design;
Pearls, Prima flowers, scrap of design paper to make a circle frame;
Sentiment stamp and embossing powders- white and golden;
I “Versa marked” the die cut and heat embossed it with white embossing powder just to add another dimension to the car and I thing that technique works well with the design.
The corners are decorated using Nellie’s Multi Frames, decorative corners.
Happy scrap-booking and see you soon.
Fantastic Wedding card, so glad you joined us this month over at Marianne Design Divas. Good luck in the draw.
