Version Scrap 2014 International Scrapbooking show is in Paris for the weekend!
Yesterday I was invited to VIP sales before the salon and I got a little shopping fever.
Oh gosh, what a wonderful time! New XXL stamps from Carabelle Studio made me the happiest.
I just LOVE them! I couldn’t wait to get home and try them. Here’s one portrait I coloured today with distress inks. Isn’t she great?
And I have another girl and two more grungy backgrounds to create with. I am thinking of some fabric stamping and making some custom T-shirts for the summer. Possibilities are endless and I’m sure you’ll get to see more of mixed media art from me very soon.
Leandra and her team from Paper Artsy brought some newest designer papers, stencils and stamps, and Virginia from Craft Origine added some new stamps to her ever-growing unique collection.
I watched my favourite artists at work today, wondered around stands with goodies and got back home with new ideas and very inspired to create!
The Monumental Scrap designs this year were absolutely fabulous!
It looks like very exciting weekend ahead.
If you’re in Paris, drop by Park Floral de Paris, Metro line 1, last stop Château de Vincennes, and little free train will drop you at the entrance.
That’s all from me for now. Happy crafting and see you soon. 😉
