Easy Peasy Halloween

Hi there,

Today I have for you tutorial in my new weekly post that I’d like to call “Easy Peasy Cards”.
Autumn is just around the corner and with it comes…Halloween.
Here’s a card idea that is fast and easy peasy to make.

You will need:

21×15 cm black card stock;
10×14 cm piece of orange designer paper;
Tim Holtz’s “Mini Silly Jack-o-Lantern Set” of Movers&Shapers;
Alphabet stamp set (I used Opera lower case by Aladine);
For inside decoration I used “Artful Artifacts” stamp set by Tim Holtz and some rubber stamps by Heyda ;
Glue, white pen, sanding/distressing tool, bone folder;

  1. 1Fold black card stock in half to make base for your card.

  2. 2Using you cutting machine (Big Shot, Vagabond, Cuttlebug or other…) arrange the dies on the metal tray, place piece of orange designer paper on top of it and pass it through your machine.
  3. 3Distress edges with your tool and distress ink (I used Dusty Concord) and applying some glue at the back of you paper glue it to you black card stock.
  4. 4With alphabet, stamp the greeting “Happy Halloween”, with white pen accentuate the inside of the cut out shape and decorate the inside of the card to finish off the design.

Have fun! And leave us a comment. I’ll see you next week with new project. Happy crafting!
