Very Special Occasion

Hi there,

Today is almost a spring day chez moi… love the warm sunshine pouring down through my window. I have been very busy creating and I will share my work with you very soon.
For now, I’d like to share a very special birthday creation that I made for my friend’s mum on her 60 ‘s birthday.
The box is very simple and elegant and inside I left a lot of space to write those special wishes.

To make it I used:

AC card stock;
StampingUp designer papers;
Dies: Cheery Lynn “mini butterflies”; BossKut “flourish”; Spellbinders “Labels nine”;
Stamps: Craft Origine “Dentelle”
Ranger “Tea die” distress ink, glue, mini flowerpot pained with pearl white acrylic paint, foam roses that I got once in some craft shop and paper dolly.
For the top of the box’s lid I used knob from an old bottle of perfume and I made some decoration with glass beads.

Ladies from UHK Gallery challenge us with something for our beloved grannies and grandpas so I’m joining in with my creation hoping to win those wonderful papers.
